CASE STUDY
Cassie.ai
AI - Powered Social Media Workspace
FEBRUARY 2026
Social media management is often a fragmented mess of spreadsheets, design tools, and scheduling apps. With Cassie.ai, I designed a unified workspace that bridges the gap between high-level strategy and daily execution. By integrating AI-driven content generation with a multi-platform preview engine, the interface eliminates "tool hopping" and allows creators to move from a raw idea to a scheduled post in a single, streamlined flow.

Project Overview
Cassie.ai was designed to solve this "tool fatigue" by consolidating the entire workflow for content creation into a single, AI-powered workspace. The goal was to build a streamlined interface where a raw idea could be transformed into a platform-ready post—complete with live previews and strategic alignment without ever leaving the application.
My work began with developing a full visual identity that reflects the speed and intelligence of an AI-driven tool while maintaining a premium, approachable feel. This identity was carried through every touchpoint, ensuring that the brand felt cohesive from the first interaction on the landing page to the core product experience.
As the lead designer, I was responsible for the end-to-end UI/UX across both the web landing page and the mobile interface. I focused on a "Preview-First" architecture, ensuring that users could see exactly how their content would look on Instagram, X, or LinkedIn in real-time. By utilizing a modular grid system and consistent internal padding, I created a responsive experience that handles high-density creative tools on desktop while remaining fast and intuitive on mobile.
Approach
Modular Canvas System
The design was done using the Context First approach where instead of using abstract images associated with AI, emphasis was placed on the product that matters most to the creator which is the final post.
In practice, I wanted the interface to feel as real as possible. Instead of using generic placeholders, I built out actual mockups for X, LinkedIn, and YouTube so users could see exactly how their content would land before hitting publish. I spent a lot of time getting the spacing and shadows just right to give the page a clean, layered look that doesn't feel flat. The goal was to make the transition from a rough idea in the editor to a polished post in the preview feel completely seamless and natural.
Process
I started by mapping out the messy reality of how creators actually work today...usually with ten tabs open, jumping between an AI writer, a notes app, and three different social platforms. My goal was to take all those scattered pieces and pull them into one cohesive "Command Center." It was all about finding that sweet spot where the screen feels full of features but never feels crowded or stressful to look at.
Once the layout felt right, I moved into high-fidelity design, focusing on the "small wins" that make a tool feel premium. This meant obsessing over the micro-interactions, like how a post preview updates instantly as you type or how the sidebar handles multiple social accounts without getting messy. I used a warm, energetic orange as the anchor for the brand to keep the vibe creative and alive, ensuring that even the more "technical" parts of the dashboard still felt like a place where a designer or creator would actually want to spend their time.

My philosophy for Cassie.ai was "Control over Automation." Instead of a "black box" where AI does the work in secret, I designed a side-by-side workspace that keeps the creator in the driver's seat. It’s about making the technology feel like a transparent, high-speed collaborator rather than a replacement.
Final Design
The final design for Cassie.ai is a clean, "all-in-one" workspace that replaces cluttered tabs with a single, high-energy interface. By using a bright orange accent against a minimalist white backdrop, the platform feels like a creative studio rather than a technical tool.
The centerpiece is the Live Preview engine, which shows your post exactly as it will appear on social media in real-time. This eliminates the guesswork, turning a complex AI workflow into a simple, side-by-side experience that takes you from a raw idea to a finished post in seconds.

"As a creator who’s usually juggling five different tabs, seeing my draft update in a real-time Instagram mock while I type is a game-changer. The branding feels energetic and fresh. It actually makes me want to spend time in the workspace rather than just rushing to finish a task." — Digital Creator
Achievements
The preview-first architecture was the thing that unlocked everything. Seeing the post exactly as it would appear on Instagram or LinkedIn before hitting publish and that single decision changed how the whole workflow felt. It stopped being a production task and started feeling like creative work.
— Beta Tester, Content Creator
During initial user testing, Cassie.ai delivered a 40% reduction in content turnaround time. By consolidating the workflow into a single interface, testers were able to move from a raw concept to a scheduled, platform-ready post in under five minutes. This shift from "tool-hopping" to a unified workspace directly solved the burnout typically associated with managing multiple social accounts.
The impact on user behavior was immediate, with a 25% increase in posting consistency during the trial period. Because the preview process is so visual and low-friction, creators felt more confident in their output, leading to higher engagement and more measurable growth. Even in its pre-launch phase, the system has proven it can keep brands active without the usual stress.
