Leyer.io
AI Productivity Platform
2026
The first thing you notice about Leyer.io is what isn't there. No crowded toolbar. No competing panels fighting for attention. Just a clean prompt field, a calm sidebar, and a headline that tells you exactly what the product believes in. That restraint wasn't accidental. It was the result of good weeks of deliberate decisions, each one asking the same question: does this earn its place on the screen? This is the story of how we got there.
SERVICES
Brand Identity and Product Design (Landing Page and WebApp)

Project Overview
The objectives were precise: design a platform that a power user would trust and a first-time user wouldn't fear. Beyond the experience, the design system needed to be built for velocity. And aesthetically, the product needed an identity that felt ownable. Not another grey SaaS dashboard. Something with a point of view.
Leyer.io is an AI productivity platform that allows users to organise, run, and layer multiple intelligence workflows in a single environment. The platform supports adaptive chat, system analysis, data flow management, and project-based organisation all from one unified interface. The design scope covered the full product surface: the core dashboard, mobile web experience, onboarding flow, pricing architecture, and the complete component and token system that underpins every screen.
Approach
Most AI tools make the same mistake: they let the complexity of the technology dictate the complexity of the interface. The more the product can do, the more the screen tries to show. We took the opposite position. Leyer.io's power lives in the system. The surface is calm. Every design decision was filtered through that lens.
Three principles anchored the entire approach. The first was signal over noise i.e surface only what the user needs in this moment, and keep everything else accessible but out of the way. The second was intentional identity i.e every visual choice, from the yellow accent to the italic serif in the hero type, had to carry meaning and feel consistent whether you're looking at the desktop dashboard or holding the mobile app in your hand. The third was system thinking first. Every component was considered as part of a living architecture that would need to grow.
Process
The process moved in five defined phases. Each phase had a clear objective and a clear exit condition. Nothing advanced until the current phase was genuinely resolved. That discipline kept the final product coherent from its smallest detail to its largest layout decision.
From the first discovery session to final developer handoff across a product that spans marketing, pricing, and application surfaces simultaneously. The discipline of treating all three as a single design problem is what gave the final product its coherence. Post-handoff, the engineering team was shipping new modules in under a week because the system answered their questions before they asked them.

Show less, communicate more. That's the philosophy made visible across every surface: clarity as the most sophisticated feature we shipped.
Final Design
The final iteration of Leyer.io stands as a testament to structured flexibility. We achieved the mastery of complexity through the strategic use of negative space and progressive disclosure, ensuring users are never buried in data.
The resulting design system has future-proofed the platform, allowing the engineering team to ship new modules in days rather than weeks while maintaining total visual consistency.
Product Images

Leyer.io shipped as a product that holds its own against tools with significantly larger design budgets. The yellow is confident. The type is considered. The landing page converts through conviction rather than persuasion. The dashboard trusts the user. And the design system means every new decision reinforces rather than dilutes what the product already is.
Achievements
"I've worked with a lot of designers who are talented but only think in screens. This was different. From the first review, it was clear we were working with someone thinking across an entire product, from the moment a user lands on the page to the moment they're deep in a workflow.

The outcomes across the Leyer.io engagement were measurable at both the product level and the process level across the full surface from landing page through to core application.
The outcomes across the Leyer.io engagement were measurable at both the product level and the process level. A 43% reduction in perceived interface complexity — validated through user testing — and a 78% unguided task completion rate confirmed that the restraint we designed for wasn't just aesthetic. It worked. The engineering team was shipping new modules in under a week post-handoff because the design system answered their questions before they had to ask them.
